URETHANE PIGS

All urethane pigs come as a solid one piece construction, and have a combination of cups and discs spaced along the body. They are also available with wrap brushes for heavier cleaning. Urethane pigs are capable of traversing 90 and 180 degree tees and sealing full port valves. This type of pig is great for batching, purging, and general cleaning.

3 CUP PIG

The cup pig is manufactured as a single piece construction with no small parts. Three cups are molded along the body providing a good flexible seal. This style pig is used where more flexibility is required such as pipeline with varying wall thickness, low flow, or low pressure applications.

2 CUP - 2 DISC

The 2 Disc - 2 Cup pig combines sealing and scraping capabilities in one cleaning pig. It’s solid one piece construction and unique cup ,disc design provides the best possible combination for cleaning efficiency. The cup shape allows the pig to run long distances while maintaining a good seal, even through parts of the pipeline that are out of round. The discs provide the most effective design to remove or scrape foreign material from the pipe walls.

5 DISC - 1 CUP

The solid polyurethane 5 Disc - 1 Cup pig is cast as a single piece construction. The flexible combination of discs and a single cup creates an effective pig for removing liquids from wet gas systems, water from product pipelines, and paraffin from the walls of crude oil pipelines.
